From Poverty to Wealth and Fitness: How Author and Entrepreneur Curtis Miller Overcame the Path Less Traveled

Wealth and Fitness – Author and Entrepreneur Curtis Miller

In a world filled with wannabe gurus and hipster coaches, it’s hard to find someone who walks the talk. Author and entrepreneur Curtis Miller is one of the few who embodies what he teaches. Growing up in Brooklyn, Miller saw his neighborhood change as businesses and wealthier people moved in. He saw how people had to move out of their homes, simply because they cannot afford to live there anymore.

With properties becoming more expensive by the day, Miller knew that his dream of becoming a homeowner in Brooklyn is a battle not worth fighting anymore.

After spending countless hours studying everything about real estate, Miller bought his first property in 2016. The home’s located in Jersey City, New Jersey.

In the same year, Miller also became a landlord and a holder of a master’s degree in Public Administration.

Four years later, in 2020, Miller started his real estate business, Ayden and Noah Holdings LLC. As the family man that he is, Miller named his company after his two beloved sons, Ayden and Noah.

Miller’s business has one main (yet often overlooked by ordinary people) goal: to build generational wealth for his family.

You see, many people often ignore the fact that real wealth means having generational wealth. As its name suggests, generational wealth and fitness is something one can pass to the next generations― to children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

One of the best ways to create and maintain generational wealth and fitness? Real estate.

This motivated Miller to start his company. Now, he assures that his sons and the sons of his sons won’t have to suffer the way he did when he was a child.

But generational wealth and fitness is more than just how much money you have in the bank— though money plays a huge role in it.

To Miller, founder of Ayden and Noah Holdings LLC and author of Wealth & Fitness the Keys to Self-Improvement, generational wealth and fitness also means having healthy habits.

These habits extend to the way your daily life operates— from the food you eat, how often you exercise, and how you handle stress.

“After I started my real estate business, I realized that having money and properties are not enough for building generational wealth and fitness. I discovered that I must take care of myself and set an example to my family”, Miller revealed.

“So, I decided to have a healthier lifestyle. I documented my weight loss and financial freedom journey through my YouTube channel Wealth & Fitness Lifestyle,” he continued.

With a flair to help more people become financially free and healthy, Miller wrote Wealth & Fitness: The Keys to Self Improvement.

The book effectively combines two closely related self-improvement journeys, which Miller went through himself— finances and health. Plus, the book offers practical tips about healthy living and financial planning, so readers can make long-lasting, positive changes in their lives.

Miller also offers 30-minute, one-on-one sessions for those who want to talk to him for advice or tips, be it in finances, health, or just life in general.
